some foreign postal systems are faster than others depending on the country so we can not guarantee a specific arrival date, on a very rare occasion the parcel can take up to 25 business days if stuck at customs. If you have not received it yet, please be sure to call your local post and check if it is waiting in customs, tracking may stop once it arrives in your country.

If a parcel is sent back to hawii for whatever reason, such as invalid address or failure to pay duty, customer is responsible for paying shipping to resend. Any customer refusing to repay postage due to an invalid address or customs, will forfeit their order.

Certain countries may me charged with customs taxes/duties, Hawii has no control over this and is not responsible for any taxes that may occur as duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Select countries will keep the parcel at your local post office for pickup due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount can vary by country, if at all applied, we recommend checking with your postal service to see if this applies to your parcel.
